Learn How To Build Strong And Good-looking Legs With This Exercise

Many women and men would like to have good-looking legs and be strong enough to be able to have their legs carry them sufficiently for the rest of their lives.

However, many use, in my opinion, exercises which are not so great such as the leg extension machine or the hamstring curls machine and they are relying on them too heavily.

The other choice is usually jogging, and that also is not so great for the purpose of gaining strength and building some muscles where your legs looks nice and firm.

On the other side of the coin there are many individuals who would be happy doing squats since this exercise is hard to do and can be somewhat intimidating for novice trainees.

After all, placing a barbell with weights on top of your shoulders can be challenging and especially if you are doing it alone and without someone else to spot you.

There are several leg exercises that are very effective in providing strength while transforming your legs to better look too. It is called the lunges, and this exercise requires minimal fitness equipment if any besides your body weight.

The great thing about this exercise is you can create different movements and make it more challenging if and whenever you are ready to move to next level.

I will provide you with one variety that you will either love or hate, nevertheless, practice it anyways!

Moving Forward Lunges w/Triple Pump

For this exercise you will perform the lunges while you are moving forward and away from your place. So you need some space in front of you to do this exercise effectively.

How to execute the exercise:

-Stand with both feet facing forward about a hip-width apart and hands hanging freely to your sides for a balance purpose

-Take one step/stride forward with the right leg and bend the knee so the knee-cap is on top of your ankle or between your toes and ankle. In other words, try to avoid letting the knee cap go beyond your toes.

-Now perform two more lunges or pumps with the right leg before you switch to the other leg

-Next, take another forward stride, but this time with the left leg so you can perform the same lunge you did with the right leg.

-Keep alternating between the two legs until you perform ten repetition or more for each leg

Now remember that ten repetitions means thirty lunges for each side since you are including two more pumps after the initial lunge.

If it is too hard to perform ten repetitions, then start with something you can do. But make sure you keep the work in progress and and keep it ever challenging so you can build beautiful looking legs as well as strong legs too.
