Take The Work Out Of Workout

What? No work involved? Not exactly, but the closest thing to it.
As I am typing this right now I am doing it.
Sometimes while watching Ghost Whisperer I do it.
And even while surfing the net.
You could be doing it right now, if you wanted to.
And its so easy, you will wonder why you never thought of it.
Here's the secret: DON'T SIT STILL! Utilize every moment you have as a chance to move.
Right now I am doing leg lifts while I type this.
I do them while I watch my shows on television.
I find a reason to move every chance I get.
And know what? I am fitter and trimmer because of it.
Get some hand weights or dumbbells to do curls during the news.
When you're mopping or vacuuming, you're already up, so why not add some extra stretching into it? I can work up quite a sweat while vacuuming.
Or when I am really bored, cleaning up my house, I turn the music on loud and dance.
Sometimes with my dog.
Ssssh! Don't tell anyone.
Or while you are sitting at the computer, do butt squeezes.
Sounds stupid, but it works.
Another thing you can do is sit on a balance ball while you are on the computer -- it helps tone belly muscles.
And take every few minutes to do some leg lifts.
Much harder on the balance ball then on a chair, which will help your belly muscles even more.
Turn on "Wild Thing" by Tone Loc, and dust your house, stretching as you lean over, and keeping your belly and butt muscles taut.
The point is to take every moment you can, and turn it into a workout.
Pretty soon you won't even have to think about it, and it will just be the way you naturally work through your day.
And you'll feel more tight in places you never thought you could.
Turn on belly dancing music and do stomach rolls or shimmies while you do the dishes or cook.
Cooking the best time to exercise, as you are usually just sitting there waiting for something to boil or watch so it doesn't boil.
So turn that into workout time! Utilize every moment, of every day that you can to turn your body into a hard-working, hard-muscled, workout machine! Without much work at all..

and you don't have to schedule time to work out, so NO EXCUSES! And right now, I am listening to "Everytime We Touch" by Cascada, and alternating buttcheek squeezes, and thigh squeezes (not together, individual ones!).
See? No sweat!
