Guess Mommy's Tummy Size

• (Items needed: scraps of paper, pens, tape measure) This game is pretty self-explanatory. Before playing, be sure that the mother doesn't mind her guests rubbing her tummy. Have your guests write their guesses down on scraps of paper. At the end of the party, measure the mom with a tape measure, and award the winner a centerpiece.
  
  

How Many Baby Items Can You Name?

• (Items needed: timer, pads of paper, pens) Again, this game is pretty self-explanatory. Tell your guests how long they will have to guess. If two people guess the same item, then it doesn't count. The object is to not only guess baby items, but guess unique baby items. Whoever gets the most gets their centerpiece.
  
  

Pin the Sperm on the Ovaries

• Depending on your budget, you might be able to play games that have more involved items. Pin the Sperm on the Ovaries (Items: clinical of woman reproductive system. Small picture of the mother taped to one part of the picture, Blindfold, Cardboard cut into shapes of sperm, with pictures of the father on the "head" and tape on the back.) This game can be extremely amusing, but be sure that your guests are able to be spun around in a circle. The rules work just like Pin the Tail on the Donkey. Blindfold one guest at a time. Spin them in two or three circles so that they are slightly dizzy. Have them "pin" the sperm onto the picture with the person who gets their sperm closer to the "egg" wins.) Guess the Baby Surprise

• (Items needed: several small diapers, several different kinds of mushed-up chocolate-based candy.) Mush the candy up into the diapers, so that each candy is in its own diaper. The object of the game is for the guests to guess the type of candy by opening the diaper and smelling. Be sure to play this game before you eat- in case any of your guests have sensitive stomachs. The winner gets a centerpiece.
