- 1). You will be able to find sunsweet lighter bake in the aisle where the oil and crisco are located in your grocery store. It comes in a glass jar. It is brown because it is made from blended dried plums and apples. Use instead of oil and crisco when you bake. It is sweet so you don't have to use a lot of sugar/splenda and you use 1/2 as much as a recipe calls for.
- 2). Mix sunsweet and splenda together. Add eggs and other ingredients together. Flour needs to be added slowly.
- 3). Roll into balls flatten with fork. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Let cool on cookie sheet for about 5 minutes before you move to wire rack. Other wise they may fall apart.
