Try going to a local real estate agency, introduce yourself to them and tell them you are very serious about making money in the real estate world.
Ask them if there is any way that you could take over the sale process on a property that they have not been able to move.
If they tell you yes discuss with them what the lowest price they would sell the house would be.
Whatever number that they give you, you will want in writing, signed and notarized if at all possible.
Now is where the fun begins.
You have to figure out how to market the house reaching more people than the real estate agency was able to.
It is now your job to sell this house at a profit.
This means that you want to sell it for more than the number you agreed on with the agency.
