How to Clean Indoor Concrete Floors
- 1). Remove any noticeable dirt and debris using a stiff-bristled broom and dustpan.
- 2). Fill a bucket with warm water.
- 3). Wet a soft, nonmetallic brush with the water from your bucket and scrub your concrete floors. Usually, using only water is plenty to remove the remaining dirt and debris.
- 4). Add a few drops of mild soap to your bucket if scrubbing with plain water isn't enough to remove all the dirt from your floor.
- 5). Dip a mop into the cleaning solution and squeeze out the majority of the liquid. Be sure the mop isn't dripping when it reaches your concrete floor.
- 6). Mop the entire floor with the cleaning solution or just the areas that need additional cleaning. Allow the floors to air-dry.
