• This is a hosted program, which means that you do not need to download anything to use it; you just need to create an account and log into it from any browser. You can generate customized testing tools from templates, or make your own forms. You can add and delete employees, potential hires and HR team members, and you can compare different employees based on their answers. Other features of this program includes the ability to add your company's logo and/or branding items to your evaluations, and the ability to create employee reports based on their answers. You can view answers within Grapevine Evaluations as soon as the person is done taking the test, and you can also export this information to other formats. • TestGold allows you to create customizable evaluations, and you can export this information to a report format. You can add and delete employees, and group employees based on different criteria, including what job potential employees are applying for. This program comes with a security feature, which allows you to protect your data from others who do not have the proper permissions. Other features of this program include the ability to add audio and video to your evaluations, and the ability to create psychological, essay and multiple choice tests. You can test participants on either local or remote, networked computers. You can try TestGold for free for 14 days. After that time period expires, you must purchase the full version, which costs $299 as of 2010.
  
  

Wellhire

• This is a hosted program, and you can create tests based on templates preloaded into the program's test library. You can also test more than one applicant at the same time, and the program comes with both skills and aptitude tests. Other features of this program include the ability to compare different candidates based on their results, and the option of outputting test results to reports. You can also search for tests within the testing library based on category, test type and length of test. As of 2010, this program costs $9.99 per month.
