    Toothpaste

    • 1). Rub a white paste toothpaste into the ink stain on the cement.

    • 2). Allow the toothpaste to dry on the concrete.

    Chemical Stripper

    • 1). Dampen a soft cloth with water. Blot at the stain area to dampen it.

    • 2). Saturate a soft cloth with a concrete chemical stripper. Rub the concrete stripper over the cement.

    • 3). Allow the product to work into the ink for the amount of time specified in the manufacturer's directions, which can be anywhere from five minutes to 30 minutes.

    • 4). Wipe away the stripper with a dampened cloth. Repeat the process until the ink is removed.
