2 Cobra Pose
a. With your feet on the floor, flat, lay on a mat with the face down.
b. Raise your head and upper body off the floor by placing your hands below the shoulders on the floor and pushing.

d. Push your shoulders behind and feel the stretch goign through the spine.

3. Side Stretch Pose
It is meant for the heart and burning calories.
a. With your body upright, stand while your feet are spread a little wide.
b. Rotate your whole body to the right including the upper body and the feet, and then start bending forward until your body is at a ninety degree angle.
c. Do the same thing with the left side and repeat the process. Don't forget to breathe.
4. Bow Pose
a. Bend your knees behind you while you are on the ground on your stomach.
b. Try reaching out your feet as further and upwards as you can with your stomach tucked in and the upper body being lifted from the front.
c. The shoulder blades should be outwards and you have to relax throughout.
5. Warrior Pose
This one is for the thighs and arms and abdomen.
a. Stand in a V-position with one foot out by four or five feet, and the body twisted to one side.
b. The knee that is on the same side that you're twisting in should be bent carefully with the other foot completely straight.
c. Stretch your hands at the sky and point at it, facing that way.
