Your brain has gotten programmed for extreme stimulation, the penis is experiencing a strong tugging or jerking motion, the glans doesn't even get to be part of it, and your brain is getting extremely stimulated by the porn that you are watching.
Here are the symptoms of the Death Grip.

Your erection with a real partner will be ridiculously weak.
You will have a hard time getting it up and keeping it there.
You won't have a strong healthy erection that is filled up and ready to go.
You may also experience that you lose your erection when you want to enter her.

Since you don't get the healthy strong erections you may start unconsciously squeezing your muscles in the groin area in order to "push" blood into the penis.
