How to Bake With Healthy Sugar
- 1). Cream together the butter and sugar substitute in a large bowl.
- 2). Add egg, milk, water, flour, baking soda and vanilla. Beat for one minute at medium speed or mix with a wooden spoon until combined. Do not over mix. Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts.
- 3). Drop teaspoon-sized balls of dough onto a greased cookie tray approximately half an inch apart. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes or until a fork inserted into the middle of the cookies comes out clean.
- 4). Transfer cookies to a wire rack and let cool. Cookies will keep in an airtight container for three days or frozen up to two weeks.
