ThinkPad X301 Specs
- The ThinkPad X301 came with a speedy 1.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo SU9400 processor. It was equipped with 2 GB of random access memory, which could be expanded to 4 GB. The stock configuration also included a Mobile G M45 Express chipset.
- The X301 could be purchased with hard drives in two sizes--64 GB and 128 GB. Information also could be transported for storage via an Ultrathin DVD burner.
