In offices, where seminars or displays may be the order of the day, using battery operated illumination is ideal since they can be moved around at will.
Even certificates and qualifications need to be highlighted for the public to see so finding something that will give an excellent view, but which will not obstruct the viewing of the documents, is ideal.
For most of these positions, a narrow and long fitting is necessary which stands out from the wall on arms and shines directly down onto the artwork or certificates.
Because it is normally shaded, it does not shine directly into the eyes of the viewer and will just do the job perfectly.
The finishes on these lamps are such that they normally fit in with just about any décor, whether it is an ultra modern setting or somewhere where a more traditional look is needed.
Indeed, the thinner and less obtrusive it is the better for all concerned since no one wants to look at the back of the lamp.
