Sweet, simple and naturally low fat, fruit kebabs make a great summer dessert. Offer fat-free vanilla yogurt as a dip. Strained Greek yogurt is perfect for this, as the yogurt is naturally thick and creamy, giving the impression of a more decadent dip.

Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles

Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 pounds fresh fruit (mix of, say, cantaloupe, pineapple, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
  • 10 6-inch bamboo skewers
  • 1 5.3-ounce pot nonfat Greek vanilla yogurt

  • Prep Time: 10 minutes


  • Total Time: 10 minutes


Preparation
Thread a cube of cantaloupe and pineapple, a halved strawberry, a whole raspberry on to each skewer and finish with a plump blueberry. Arrange on a platter with a pot filled with the vanilla yogurt.
