How to Report an Alien's Change of Address
- 1). Go to the website of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. Click on "Forms," and then click on "Change of Address," which is form AR-11.
- 2). Print the change of address form.
- 3). Fill out form AR-11, following all instructions. For example, the form requests that you print your last name in all capital letters. Provide all requested information, such as your country of citizenship, contact information and new address.
- 4). Mail the form to the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Change of Address, P.O. Box 7134, London, KY 40742-7134.
- 1). Go to the website of the USCIS and click on "Forms," and then click on "Change of Address." Click on "change your address online" underneath the heading "Purpose of Form."
- 2). Read the terms and conditions on the next web page and click on "I accept these terms and conditions."
- 3). Click on "No, this change of address is not for a U.S. citizen" at the bottom of the next web page.
- 4). Fill out the electronic form, providing information such as your full name, new address and old address. Review your information to ensure it is correct, and then click on the "Signature" button at the bottom. The signature button signifies that your information is correct, under penalty of perjury.
