January Blue Cats Picture Gallery: Whiskers
Whiskers showed up in my front yard late one night and I happened to be working in my office. I looked up and he was sniffing around the empty bowls I feed my yard ferals from. I had never seen him before, and thought he must be someone's pet, but I wasn't sure if he were tame. I took some food and went out front, and although he backed up from me he didn't run. I put the food in the bowl and he came over and ate.
I knew then that he didn't belong outside. I crossed my fingers in hopes he wouldn't try to shred me and I picked him up to bring him in the house. I searched for a possible owner, but one ever came forward, so now Whiskers is a part of my 14 cat household. He is the gentlest and most loving baby, hard to believe no one was looking for him
