Guide Review - Container Gardening Hat Review - Wallaroo Hats are Cool for Container Gardening
When I put this hat on my head, I couldn't believe how comfortable it was. Then I looked in the mirror and thought, hmmmm.... this lid really rocks for container gardening.
The Ladies Explorer, from the Wallaroo Hat Company is incredibly lightweight – you almost can’t tell that you have it on. The hatband feels soft and kind of silky – in a good way. Without sounding too gushy, I have never worn a hat that is this comfortable.
The Ladies Explorer also gets points for durability. I wore this hat extensively - container gardening, to the beach and on a weeklong canoe trip. I wore it in a squall in the sun and every kind of weather in between. It has held up beautifully and still looks almost new.
I love the fact that the hat has a chinstrap so I can wear it even when it’s blowing a typhoon. There is also a hidden drawstring inside the Explorer that you can use to size the hat, which is also a nice feature.
I had several friends all with very different shaped faces try on the hat. It looked great on almost everyone.
The Ladies Explorer is made of microfiber and packs well. It is hand washable in cold water using a mild detergent.
I have several styling Wallaroo hats in some fabulous colors and love them all, but this one is particularly well suited for container gardening.
