Some Food For Thought For Magicians

Make a choice to be as positive as you can when talking with a client.
If you can't 'get it together' and have to talk with a client - be honest and tell them, chances are - they will try to help you, give you a same situation close for later and try your service.
A win - win all around.
With ECP - you can win clients over: Enthusiasm, Control and Product Knowledge If your dream equals your 'present situation in life' have you have become stagnant? A client will always go with a PRO - over a SEMI - PRO Without the C in the word closer, you would be a? C stands for many things, confidence, control, clients needs, compassion and courage and Close - as in Close the sale.
Remember, when you close a sale, you make it final.
When some people hear the word 'CLOSE' or 'CLOSER' they think of the old time land sales man that used the techniques to 'Close in on' the buyer.
Our system for the close is not like that.
When we are asking clients to try our magic service, it is a fun service and there is no 'need' to 'close in' on the buyer.
Magic is a service people want to buy.
They want to buy fun, freedom, adventure etc.
So please, don't think of the word 'closer' as manipulative.
One of our famous magical friends had this to say: "We as magicians are liars.
That being said, we are ethical liars because we start our acts saying, I am a magician and that says to the audience, magicians lie to us for the purpose of entertainment.
So, we are honest liars in a sense because we tell you up front that we are going to lie to you and you expect it from us.
" Now, does that mean that we are really liars? NO, not at all - he was just making a point, people are allowed to distrust us when we are on stage because, we are magicians.
Knowing that, I bet you can see the reasons we have to be honest, ethical and non-manipulative in 'selling' or 'telling about' our service.
