How to use Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup when cooking pork chops
- 1). Heat 1 tbsp. vegetable oil in a pan over a medium-high heat.
- 2). Add four pork chops and continue to cook over a medium-high heat. Coating the pork chops in flour is optional.
- 3). Turn over the chops when browned, and brown the reverse.
- 4). Add 1 can of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup and 1/4 cup of water to the chops, once browned, and stir over a low heat.
- 5). Continue to cook the pork chops in the sauce until the meat is tender and cooked through.
