    • 1). Combine the crushed ice and banana in a blender and blend on high speed for 30 seconds to make a thick, creamy mixture with the consistency of a thin milkshake.

    • 2). Add the white rum, banana liqueur, fresh-squeezed lime juice and chocolate syrup. Cover and pulse on low to combine the ingredients.

    • 3). Transfer the drink to individual martini glasses or highball glasses. Garnish with a slice of banana and serve immediately while cold.
