Stop and Start - you begin this method by stimulating yourself.
Once you have reached the point where you are ready to ejaculate, stop your stimulation.
Wait till you have relaxed and you no longer need to release.
When you have relaxed already, do the exercise again.
This will give you more control over your ejaculation.
Squeeze It - this exercise will strengthen your pelvic muscles.
First you need to locate your pelvic muscles; they are the same ones you use to control your pee.
Squeeze the muscles for a few seconds and then you release them.
Do the exercise like eight times a day and it will definitely help you last longer in bed.
