Don"t Let Premature Ejaculation Kill Your Relationship

Women need sexual satisfaction, just like we do.
But for some reason, we demonize women's sexual needs.
Up until recently in human history, a woman's only purposes during sex were to satisfy their man and procreate.
A woman's sexual satisfaction wasn't even considered.
The female orgasm was actually considered a myth up until the 20th century! I guess it's easier than admitting that most of us men just naturally suck in bed! So yes, it has been scientifically proven that women can have an orgasm, and by this- day-and-age, women have higher demands.
They're not just about cooking, cleaning, and pleasing their husbands...
Women are CEO's of companies, have become billionaires, and match men in almost every way possible...
so yes, women need sexual satisfaction, just like men.
It's only fair, and not wrong of them to ask for this in a relationship.
So how do we bring about this mysterious female orgasm, if most men ejaculate in 3 - 5 minutes, and women take a bit longer to orgasm? We step up to the plate, train ourselves to overcome premature ejaculation once and for all, and last long enough to knock it out the park!! Easier said than done, I know.
I have tried everything back in the days to last longer in bed.
I tried sprays to overcome premature ejaculation, numbing my ladies genitals along with mine.
I tried the stop-start technique, stopping right before my girl was going to orgasm over and over.
Must have been torture for her.
So what did work to last longer, get women off, and keep them happy and by my side? Training my mind and body to last longer with ejaculation control exercises and "Hypnotizing" myself into knowing that I last a long time during sex, not just tricking myself during the act.
Some simple tips to help you delay premature ejaculation: • Sleep well to cut anxiety.
• Completely empty your bladder RIGHT before sex.
• Make sure you've ejaculated a few times in recent days.
• Don't zero in on overly arousing visuals and thoughts.
• Stay far away from the point of no return; don't reach all the way there and stop.
Ejaculation control isn't easy.
I know this.
And having an unsatisfied lover makes it even harder.
If your premature ejaculation is extreme (last less than a minute or two), consider taking a low dose of an SSRI, a form of antidepressant.
Not for its mood lifting properties, but for the side effect it has of delaying ejaculation.
Use this as a last resort (an ace up your sleeve).
In most cases ejaculation control knowledge and exercises on their own will make you last longer during sex.
You will need a doctor's prescription for an SSRI.
Besides overcoming premature ejaculation, you should learn how to make a woman orgasm during intercourse.
The clitoris is of utmost importance when it comes to making a woman orgasm.
In order to get her off during penetration, you need to push your pelvis or the base of the penis into her clitoris.
A good technique is rubbing hard into the clit with the "fat pad" right above your penis, on the in- and out-stroke.
And if all else fails, get her off orally before you penetrate.
At least you'll be satisfying her needs! I have written a guide having a whole section dedicated to ejaculation control knowledge and exercises.
With the proper guidance, you can double your performance time immediately and with the proper training exercises, you can extend it even beyond that; to the point where you have complete ejaculation control and can last as long as you want.
