Once found, mark the stud region with a pencil and similarly, find and mark the next stud region.
These markings are your safe's boundaries.
•Measure the perimeter of the safe's body carefully.
This is a crucial step for it will be used in marking on the wall.
•Draw the safe's dimension between the stud markings.
Make sure that it is totally within the limits.
•Cut open the drywall that you have marked with the pencil precisely for your safe needs to be put in there, with a drywall saw.
•Hammer a nail on to the perimeter of the hole such that the wooden wall gets anchored to the studs so that there is no space between the wood and the studs.
•Push the safe into the created space gently with first the bottom entering and finally the top.
Once this is done, push your safe completely into the wall with the outer rim of the safe pressing against the wall.
•Fill in any gaps that are seen from the outside with either plaster of Paris or white cement.
When you have done all the above said steps, you have successfully installed your safe.
