Do this by switching hands for about twenty to twenty five times.
Do this for about seven days, and increase the number of times that you perform this from twenty to twenty five times to around fifty times.
Continue to do this over a period of a few weeks adding an additional twenty to twenty five extra strokes every seven days until you are doing around two hundred every day.
