This generally means that you are beginning ovulation.
This is the time that you are most fertile and most likely to conceive.
Also, your cervical fluids tend to thin out during ovulation so this is something to watch for when trying to to get pregnant.

If you continue to have trouble conceiving, there are some things that you can do to increase your chances.
Start taking folic acid at least three months before you attempt to conceive.
Folic acid helps in preventing birth defects such as spina bifida.
Quit smoking and limit your use of alcohol.
Get a complete physical checkup to make sure that your body is in the best shape it can be.
Rule out such diseases as asthma, diabetes, obesity and other serious medical conditions.
And, most of all, try to live a healthy lifestyle by eating more fruits, vegetables and whole grains.
