Being able to follow instructions accurately is a specific key trait that employers generally look for in their employees. Being able to absorb information, whether it be verbally or on paper, means that a person is able to retain facts, analyze and evaluate them, and properly perform the instructions given in an efficient manner. Having problem solving skills is a very beneficial key trait to have. Along with good communication skills, problem solving skills are critical to success. You use both of these sill sets every day, so possessing them is highly desirable. There is a variety of different issues that could occur on a daily basis, ranging from financial problems to a flat tire on the car. A reliable person or employee is one who can always be counted on regardless of the situation. Being reliable is a very valuable key trait to have, especially when looking to be hired for a specific job. If a person cannot be counted on, not only does her employer lose faith in her, but also others will begin to lose faith in the words that she says. Being a reliable person requires making an ethical decision to do the right thing and keep your word when it involves being committed to something.
