Growth of Entrepreneurship in Vijayawada
Vijayawada is one of the upcoming city in INDIA.Vijayawada is well known for trading, business, lordess Durga devi, cleanliness,etc;. The element of Entrepreneurship has been growing in vijayawada because the students are willing to hire than to be hired. As we know how worse the quality of engineering has become in past few years. Few colleges in vijayawada has already started Ecell (Entrepreneurship cell) in their campus to create a great ambience of ownership and innovation around them. Many global Entrepreneurs who were successful are being as role models for them. The local Entrepreneurs also attending the guest lectures and encouraging the young entrepreneurs which has been a good step. This growth is really an appreciable change in the attitude of the students. The Entrepreneurship develops the innovative, managerial skills, leadership skills and also the valuable experience of how an organization works.
Guiding the engineers to become entrepreneurs, will decrease the unemployment rate and creates a balance in hiring and being hired. This change will obviously creates a trend and increases the innovative thinking in students which really contribute to the growth of India in many circumstances. The big nations like U.S, U.K,etc encourage the entrepreneurship because the Entrepreneurs can be a back bone of the economic growth. The students who try to be an entrepreneur acquires the business ethics, professionality, leadership, etc makes them a legit one in the society.
Many events regarding awareness, Business plans, startup guidance that are being conducted by various E-cells in vijayawada were receiving good response. The managements of every college are realising the importance of entrepreneurship for every student, especially for engineers. Entrepreneurship Awareness Drive (EAD) that is to be conducted by IIT Kharagpur E-cell in vijayawada is a good drive and few students are eagerly waiting for the lectures of prominent entrepreneurs in the drive. This kind of drives gives wonderful guidance and awareness on Entrepreneurship for students. Ambience have been changed in many colleges in vijayawada after introducing innovation and ideation by E-cells of their respective colleges. This change of mindsets will change course of economic growth of vijayawada and who knows, may be INDIA too.... in future. I hope every college recognize the worth of Entrepreneurship in the world and I advise every college to start a E-cell.
