How to Draw a Spray Paint Effect
- 1). Glide the tip of a sharp pencil across the paper very lightly to draw the general outline of the design you want to draw in a spray-paint effect. Draw the outline so light that you can barely see it.
- 2). Use the side of the pencil to shade the center of the line to be nice and solid.
- 3). Hold the pencil vertically and use the tip to create a very dense cluster of dots surrounding the solid part of the line. This will make it appear as if the paint is thinning out very slightly.
- 4). Make the dots further apart from each other as you reach the edges of the line.
- 5). Remove any unwanted or stray dots or lines with an eraser.
