Paula Abdul

• Paula Abdul was born in 1962 in San Fernando, California. Her dancing and choreography career started in the early '80s as a cheerleader with the Los Angeles Lakers. She worked as choreographer on a variety of TV shows and movies throughout the '90s, including "Jerry Maguire," "American Beauty" and the American Music Awards. She also had a successful pop music career of her own and choreographed her own videos and performances.
  
  

Darrin Henson

• Darrin Henson was born in 1972. Throughout the '90s he choreographed videos and concerts for such pop superstars as New Kids on the Block, N*Sync, Backstreet Boys, 98 Degrees and Britney Spears. He won an MTV Music Video Award for his video for N*Sync's "Bye Bye Bye." In the 2000s, Darrin put out an exercise video series titled "Darrin's Dance Grooves" and starred on a Showtime TV series.
  
  

Tina Landon

• Tina Landon was born in 1963 and grew up in Lancaster, California. She's worked with artists such as Pink, Jay-Z, Ricky Martin, Jennifer Lopez and Christina Aguilera. Like Abdul, she began her career as a Laker girl. She choreographed two world tours for Janet Jackson and received an Emmy for choreography in 1998 for one of the tours. She also garnered MTV Video Music Awards in 1995 and 1999, as well as an American Choreography Award and Dance Master's of America Choreographer of the Year, both in 1999.
  
  

Cris Judd

• Cris Judd was born in 1969 and is from Abilene, Texas. He is known for his former marriage to Jennifer Lopez in addition to a successful career as a choreographer. Judd worked with Michael Jackson, Celine Dion, N*Sync, Enrique Iglesias and Brian McKnight. He performed at the MTV Music Video Awards and the Billboard Music Awards. Judd has also worked as an actor and appeared in several reality TV shows.
