The program has a Cheat Day every 5 days.
This is a day in which you can eat practically anything you want.
The workouts of the diet and the eating plan on the other days are arranged in an order which makes this Cheat Day a part of why this program works.
Being able to eat what you like helps you stick to a weight loss plan for a long time.

The workouts are diverse - You have many training styles included in the program so you won't get bored with the workouts.
Be ready to put in some hard work, though.
The workouts in this program are challenging.

Short, concise, and to the point - You won't find a lot of useless verbiage or chatter in this program.
Joel Marion simply tells you what you need to do and you have to follow the guidelines.
Simple as that.
Things I don't like 1.
Big promises - The appeal of this diet for many people is the prospect of a very fast, very big weight loss.
I'm not sure that everyone will be able to lose as much as 25 pounds in 25 days.
I don't like to give too much hope when I'm not sure it will be fulfilled.
You can lose weight with this plan, but I'm not sure that you'll be able to shed so much.

Supplements - To achieve the very best results with this plan, Joel Marion does recommend a number of supplements.
I don't like this because it adds to the cost of the overall diet process.
Even though these may be great supplements for your health, the extra cost is something to consider.
