OK, I admit it.
I am a unabashed fan of Isabel De Los Rios and it was fun writing a Diet Solution Program Review for such a refreshing approach to weight loss.

The Good
It is not a quick weight loss scheme, it educates you about food and your relationship to it with a focus on long term change.
And exercise, while important, is not the prime focus.
It also has a heavy orientation towards eating natural, unprocessed and organic foods and help you understand what it takes to do this.
At the end of the day a "diet" is all about what you eat something we often lose sight on, but I was reminded of while writing this Diet Solution Program review.

De Los Rios who is a certified nutritionist, spends a good amount of time helping you to re-frame your relationship with food.
It's THE place to start in any diet. - There is a significant focus on metabolic typing, which helps you understand the rate you can burn off weight, through a series of questions.
From that assessment, you eat foods that are optimal for weight loss. - This approach is about making a lifestyle change and focusing as much on the mental aspects as the actual food eaten and exercises done to complement the program.
This is critical for successful and ongoing weight management. - While doing research on a Diet Solution Program Review that would make sense to people we found the avoidance of a philosophy of "Lose 10 pounds in 10 Days" to be noticeably absent here - because that just doesn't work long term.
- The focus on eating natural, unprocessed and organic food makes all the difference in terms of this program being successful.
That costs slightly more (and some people will mark the program down for this, but we don't).
