• 2). Select the link to the current year's buyer's guide if you are looking for a new bike. If you are looking for a used motorcycle, some sites will allow you to search by year. Some sites even allow a viewer to search multiple years simultaneously for comparison purposes.
  
  
• 3). Select sportbikes that interested you. Many comparison sites allow you to do side by side comparisons of several different bikes. This allows you to compare not only prices, but appearance and technical specifications as well.
  
  
• 4). Review sportbike ratings. Before you know whether a price for a sportbike is reasonable, should know how much you will likely spend in upkeep and maintenance. Some less costly bikes are prone to break down. Other bikes require expensive parts or service if they break down.
