- The Compaq Presario 7594 has the revised edition of the Microsoft Windows 98 operating system called the Windows 98 Second Edition, or Windows 98 SE. This version of the OS included a replacement of the Internet Explorer 4.0 Web browser with IE 5.0.
The processor is an Intel Celeron with a processing speed of 566 megahertz and a data transfer speed of 66 MHz. The amount of pre-installed system memory is 64 megabytes with a read access speed of 100 MHz. Users could upgrade the memory to 512 MB. - Each Compaq Presario 7594 has a 10-gigabyte hard disk drive, connecting with the computer using an Ultra DMA interface.
