Amazing New Shows Coming To Abc This Fall
It is getting to be that wonderful time of the year again when the leaves change color, football returns and so does a whole new lineup of prime time television shows. Before you jump into this season uninformed, make sure you check out some of the great new television shows coming to ABC this Fall. There is something there for everyone.
Better With You (ABC) - Premiering on Wednesday September, 22nd at 8:30 EST. Better With You is a comedy about three different couples with very different ideas on how to run their lives and make decisions. Maddie and Ben are the main couple who have been dating for 9 years when Maddie finds out her younger sister Mia is pregnant and getting married to her boyfriend Casey who have only been dating for seven weeks. The relationship between these two couples along with their parents is sure to provide many laughs and interesting social commentary.
My Generation (ABC) Premiering Thursday, September 23rd at 8:00 EST. My Generation is a documentary that follows a group of high school students from Greenbelt High School in Austin, TX that graduated in the year 2000. The documentary now follows up with these same students 10 years later to see if they conquered the world as they had intended back in 2000. See these students as they revisit their past and discover themselves all over again.
Detroit 1-8-7 (ABC) Premiering on Tuesday, September 21st on 10 EST. Detroit 1-8-7 follows the always intense and interesting life of the detectives of the Detroit police force. The cast is constructed as most of the current crime/drama shows on television with a wide personality and age range. The Detroit detective team must learn how to work together as they try to fight some of the toughest crimes throughout the Detroit area. Of course with any great drama the characters will have to overcome their own life situations to be able to be successful at the grueling job of being a detective.
Mr. Sunshine (ABC) Coming later this season. Matthew Perry makes his returns to television later this season as he plays Ben Donovan, a self centered manager of a small sports arena in San Diego California. Ben has just turned 40 and is starting to realize that he is not happy with his current life. The show focuses around Perry and his employees that work with him. Can Perry deliver another great comedy to television like Friends? Check out Mr. Sunshine and find out for yourself.
