If mold or mildew is evident, prepare a mixture of 1 cup household bleach, 2 cups dish-washing soap and 1 gallon of warm water. Scrub with a soft brush and rinse well with clear water.
  
  Remove light soil on vinyl furniture and cushions with a solution of one part vinegar and one part water. Saturate a soft rag, wring out and wipe off soil. Vinegar does not require rinsing.
