    • 1). Add one half ounce of shaved truffle to fresh, boiled pasta, right before serving. Add a dressing made from a two to one ration of truffle oil to balsamic vinegar. Mix the dressing well, then, if desired, thicken it with a small amount of cream. Serve the dressing on the pasta or it may be served on a salad

    • 2). Combine one half ounce of slivered or shaved truffle to scrambled eggs or an omelet during the last minute of cooking. This type of truffle recipe incorporates the aroma and the flavor of the truffle throughout the eggs.

    • 3). Shave one half to one ounce of truffles on mashed potatoes, along with a splash of truffle oil to add the earthy flavor. Add also to risotto, in the last minute of cooking to add taste and aroma.
