    • 1). Sketch the outline of the body by drawing a large oval. Then sketch the outline of the head by drawing a smaller circle in the top, middle of the oval. The oval will be the guide for the body and the small circle will be the guide for the head.

    • 2). Draw the outline of the werewolf's snout and mouth, emerging from one side of the head circle. Draw two parallel lines the distance apart of the width of the snout, then connect them with a horizontal line at the end that is outside of the circle.

    • 3). Draw two large ovals on either side of the head circle, slightly above the head, so that each of these circles meets the top of the body oval. These ovals will serve as a guide for the shoulders of the werewolf.

    • 4). Draw a line downward from each of the shoulder ovals so that this line extends beyond the edge of the body oval. Draw a small triangle at the end of each of these lines. The lines are guides from drawing the werewolf's arms, and the triangles are the guides from drawing his hands or paws.

    • 5). Draw the left and right legs by creating a rounded line that connects to each side of the body oval. The werewolf will be in a squatting position, so the shape of his legs should mimic the bent knee of a squat.

    • 6). Begin filling in the details about the body. Create the muscles of the arms by drawing two slightly curved lines on each side of the line you drew connecting the shoulder ovals to the foot triangle. Draw the thick forearms by sketching two curved lines on each side of the lower portion of the arm line. Begin filling in the hand, feet, finger and toe details on each side by drawing a scalloped line on each side to represent the toes. Create abdominal muscles by drawing wavy lines in the middle of the body oval.

    • 7). Connect the shoulder ovals by drawing a scraggly line between the two of them to simulate fur. Cover portions of the werewolf's body in fur, including the head, rear legs and tail. Draw a tail extending from the back portion of the body oval by drawing a long, thick tail-shaped sketch and covering it with fur.

    • 8). Fill in the details of the face and howling mouth. Create the snout by softening and curving the guide lines you created before. Draw the closed eye at the base of the top snout line. Sketch the werewolf's ear by creating a soft, pointed triangle coming out from the opposite side of the head circle.

    • 9). Fill in the details of the werewolf's mouth and teeth. Draw the nose at the top portion of the snout by drawing a circle with two smaller, filled-in circles at the base of it to represent the nostrils. Draw a small line down and connect it to a triangle that will become the wolf's open mouth. Fill in the triangle and draw some triangular teeth inside. Finish up the head by drawing fur along the chest, neck and ears.
