• Magnolia is in southwestern Arkansas and is about 135 miles south of Little Rock, the state's capital. Home to Southern Arkansas University, Magnolia offers many attractions. Each May, the town hosts the Magnolia Blossom Festival, which includes the World Championship Steak Cook-off, previously featured on The Food Network.
