    Black Mold

    • 1). Put the clothes in the washing machine and fill the machine with the hottest water the fabric can handle.

    • 2). Add your laundry soap and 1 cup of bleach to the water. Use your bleach dispenser on your machine if you have one. Use an oxygen bleach or color-safe bleach on clothes that can't handle regular bleach. Wash the clothes on a regular cycle.

    • 3). Hang the clothes to dry. Do not dry them in the dryer. This will set any stains.

    • 4). Check to see if the stain and mold has been removed. You will only be able to determine this once the clothes are dry. Repeat the process if you still see any traces of mold.

    Black Grease

    • 1). Squirt 1 tsp. of dish soap on the stain.

    • 2). Add enough hot water to the stain to wet it.

    • 3). Rub the dish soap into the stain with a toothbrush.

    • 4). Wash the clothes in the washing machine as usual. Hang to dry. Check the stain when done.

    Ink Stains

    • 1). Saturate the stain with hair spray. Make sure you use enough so the entire stain is wet.

    • 2). Let the hairspray sit for 10 minutes.

    • 3). Wash the clothes as usual in the washing machine and hang to dry.

    Black Tea Stains

    • 1). Pour vinegar into a dish and dip a sponge in to soak it.

    • 2). Dab the sponge on the tea stain until it is thoroughly wet.

    • 3). Allow the vinegar to sit on the stain for 10 minutes.

    • 4). Wash in the washing machine as usual and hang it to dry.
