What is With My Lack of Energy?
Our health energy crisis stems from our inability to find the correct source that benefits our body.
Nowadays, it seems as though most people at work gulp down a high price, "premium" quality coffee in hopes of getting their energy fix.
As we consume more caffeine, our body becomes somewhat resistant to its stimulant affect.
4 -5 cups of coffee is not unusual for long term coffee consumers.
Throughout the day, to maintain their energy, these same people consume several cans of soda.
During the last hours of work, they are drinking an energy drink such as Red Bull, to help them stay awake for their ride home.
The amount of energy beverages illustrated is a little high compared to normal, everyday consumption.
However, it seems as though many people feel chronic fatigue on a daily basis.
People seem so lifeless as they drift through their day finding different ways to supplement their body with energy.
Most of the products that people are consuming provide their body with temporary transient energy, which could have harmful side effects.
What is with this lack of energy? There are several possibilities explaining why many people lack energy or feel constantly fatigue.
Energy can be produced through various means such as food, water, etc.
But, certain patterns of behavior can contribute to excess energy utilization or over exhaustion.
I have realized through personal experience that many people do not get adequate amounts of restful sleep.
We constantly are sleep deprived, in many ways, as we are always trying to catch up on rest.
Most people are high strung with their jobs and their fast paced lives that they do now allow their body and mind to have some downtime.
One important thing to learn is that our mind is a muscle, and like all muscles it needs rest, to grow and rebuild.
Stress and tension can be felt mentality and physically, thus we need to relax our mind and body.
Within the past few years, interest in yoga and mediation has increased, as means of dissipating stress or tension.
I think that mediation (which I actively practice) helped me to reduce my stress levels and become more aware of my mind.
Meditation supplements your body with natural energy to provide all cells with an ample amount of oxygen.
Also, it improves blood flow allowing an increase amount to the brain and other organs.
High levels of oxygen are associated with increase levels of energy and reduced fatigue.
When I initially, started practice yoga I felt a little awkward sitting in silence.
With time, I started to feel that my energy was channeled towards the positive aspects of my day or life.
I feel that meditation helps us reorient our inner thoughts and remove the inner pollution that exists within my mind.
By reorienting our brain, we are able to utilize this internal energy for activities that have more of a positive effect.
Essentially, meditation helps strip our mind and body of negative energy absorbers.
So, instead of supplementing your body with artificial energy, one is able to remove negative factors thatdraw away energy.
According to many studies, 20 minutes of inner silence is very helpful for reducing our stress level.
I would rather meditate 20 minutes a day than let my tension and stress build up.
Its a personal choice I guess.
Ultimately, what occurs is that during those times that our body and mind has more downtime it is able to rebuild and rejuvenate our body.
We start to replenish the reserves that we use on a day to day basis and also relax our muscles.
So with a continued pattern of sleep and meditation, we are able to feel stronger levels of energy.
Another observation I have made about society is that we should make a bigger effort to do exercise and keep fit.
Since my college days, I have loved to work out.
Sometimes, I do get lazy and skip a few a days.
But, its weird because I can physically feel more stress when I do not exercise.
I know at that point, that I need to go to gym.
More and more clinical data is coming out illustrating that people need to exercise for the physical and mental well being.
After working out I feel any immediate sense of happiness (except when I am doing cardio), more likely based on released endorphins.
My mind feels more clean and health.
One of the biggest things is that I feel a lot more energy, especially after drinking a lot of water.
I think that water is essential to help replenish your body's fluid levels.
Also, to help flush toxins found as by-products from food that we eat.
The bottom line is that exercise helps remove the internal stress and tension allowing our energy to be less restricted.
Also, exercise has been observed to help improve our cardiovascular system and increase the rate of our metabolism (commonly associated with increased weight loss) My last and final observation is that many people have low energy based on what they put in their day.
On a day to day basis, most people snack on food that lacks vitamins and nutrients.
A reason for the odd eat habits are based on the fast pace work environments that most people endure.
Many people hardly have the time to enjoy a quite meal that is full of the right vitamins and minerals.
The foods that we eat are mostly refined and full of preservatives, that are quite based for our health in the long run.
Usually most people, start feeling the effects of their poor diet and eating habits when they are middle aged.
The minimal consumption of vitamins and nutrients start to demonstrate various associated ailments.
An example of such is that some people suffer from conditions such as osteoporosis by not consuming enough vitamin D and calcium, among other things.
Our body is in theory a machine, we need to maintain for all our parts to work in a synergistic fashion.
Nutrition strongly relates to energy in many ways.
A simple example, if you place coal in a fire the furnace heats faster.
Well, our body is the furnace and vitamins are the coal.
Vitamins, as well as carbohydrates, proteins, fats all work together to allow our body to have more tangible compounds to physically use.
Our body mechanics works more effectively when all of components especially vitamins.
We have more energy because our body has a higher input products causing it to metabolize more energy for our body to use.
So, if we have a poor diet we are not able to provide our body with the tools it needs to create energy.
Thus, are a few of my observations and explanations on how you can avoid constant fatigue.
You should try to focus on ways that you can help your body create more energy rather that looking for the quick fix.
With time, you will definitely thank yourself for changing your life and improving your health.
It will make all the difference in the world.
Stick to sleeping right, exercising on a regular basis, and eating foods that are rich in vitamins and minerals.
Many people opt to take vitamins to help them reach their expected daily value.
You should look to take supplements that contain high levels of antioxidants
