If Venezuela Can Nationalize Industry & Private Businesses Why Can"t We Nationalize the UN?

Venezuela's President and his new friend running Bolivia are busy nationalizing industry and businesses, and they are taking all the facilities and foreign investment that has been poured into their country over the years.
Bolivia has also defaulted on loans, and nationalized mining operations, foreign owned corporations and caused a mess of emerging markets investments and their trust in assisting such nations.
When a nation-state nationalized his industry and private businesses, some people believe that they are duly giving back to the people what is rightfully theirs.
This is a rather unfortunate stance because when a nation makes a deal and foreign investment comes into the country with the prospect of getting a return on investment and that deal is broken this is a violation of international contract law.
Of course, the nation-state has jurisdiction in their own country, they make the laws there.
Although it is called nationalization it is really stealing.
Recently someone asked; "if Venezuela can nationalize industry; the gas and oil business, along with other industries; and then steal the assets of companies that have contract with Venezuela for oil services, then why can't the UN be nationalized by the United States as it is in our country.
" And I suppose he has bright ideas that once we nationalize the UN, we just keep all leaders of all the rogue nations that we do not like, or that have threatened as with nuclear weapons and call it a day.
Most people would say that that is outrageous and if the United States did that that would be unforgivable.
However, what is that unforgivable is for a country like Venezuela or Bolivia to nationalize industry, and private businesses, then steal all their assets and money.
No matter that they claim to bringing back to the people like Robin Hood, because it is stealing nevertheless.
Please consider this.
