Try on the costume and mark where you want the wings to be affixed so you can be sure they will sit where you want and be level.

Spread the costume on a flat surface. Place a piece of Velcro tape on the mark that you made, and secure it to the fabric. Rub firmly to make sure that the adhesive is touching the fabric from end to end.

Affix the sticky side of the second piece of Velcro tape to the wings. Again, rub firmly so that the tape secures well.

Put the costume on and place the pieces of Velcro on the wings against the Velcro on the costume.

Remove wings by simply pulling them the pieces of Velcro apart. This will allow you to ride in a car or get into close quarters without damaging your wings.
