Prepare yourselves for a month full of epic storytelling as the Heroes continue their journey to save the world....and the cheerleader. Hiro has a moment of self-doubt when he fails to save another. Nathan's wife (played by Rena Sofer) comes on board to help him win the election. Claire discovers where her stolen tape has gone. Matt and Audrey continue to pursue Sylar. H.R.G. (Horn-Rimmed Glasses) receives bad news from an associate.

Suresh heads back to India to bury his father and is plagued by strange dreams. Peter goes in search of the painting Simona sold, which holds a big key to the future. Another hero grabs the attention of H.R.G. Claire prepares for homecoming, a night that could lead to tragedy. At the end of the month, the series will go back six months and show viewers how the heroes learned of their newfound powers -- many secrets will be revealed and most importantly, many questions will be answered by month's end!

Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip
When Tom is arrested in Nevada, several characters must travel to the small town to get him released in time for the show. John Goodman appears in two episodes as a judge who is clearly not a fan of the show. The tension between Harriet and Matt hits new heights. Matt learns that Ricky and Ron are planning to leave the show and take the writing staff with them. Jordan and Danny stress out when they find out about some major budget cuts. At the end of the month, several cast members come down with a virus and Jordan tells Danny she's pregnant!

ER
After Kovac and Abby decide to hire a Nanny, they are thrown for a loop by the people they interview. Abby meets Curtis Ames in the park. Neela and Gates argue during a hospital board meeting. Weaver steals the spotlight from Morris and finds herself an exciting new opportunity. Thanksgiving is anything but quiet when Abby must respond to a bus that crashed on the side of a ravine. Neela and Gates get closer.

Las Vegas
After her ordeal in Hawaii, Sam comes home to more trouble when she finds out three of her clients bailed on their bills at the Montecito. Still reeling from learning the truth about Danny and Delinda's relationship, Mary seeks help to conquer one of her biggest fears. Boston Medical Examiner Jordan Cavanaugh and police officer Woody Holt arrive at the Montecito in pursuit of a murderer and a rare violin. Danny and Delinda decide to move in together, but are terrified of telling Ed. Lawrence Taylor's favorite Super Bowl championship ring goes missing when someone breaks into the safe deposit vault.

When the paramedics are called to the house, Annie flips and demands Eric share his secret with her and the family. Sandy realizes she is falling hard for Daniel. Annie convinces Ruthie to return home from Scotland to visit with Eric. Sandy calls off her wedding to Martin after Mac questions her about her rush to marry Martin. Eric faces a major health crisis this month and Lucy does her best to keep the family's hopes up.

Gilmore Girls
Christopher convinces Lorelai to visit Rory at Yale for Parents' weekend. Little does she know that Emily and Richard are also visiting. Christopher and Lorelai are swept up in the romance Paris has to offer. Lorelai and Christopher come home from Paris with big news for all -- turns out they eloped! Don't expect Rory to take the news very well. Lucy and Olivia convince Rory to go to Stars Hollow for a girls night out. Luke asks Lorelai for help when April has a medical emergency. Rory decides to move out of Logan's apartment.

One Tree Hill
Nathan is forced to go to Dan for help when he and Haley's finances get out of control. Lucas rejoins the Ravens and is paired up with Skills. How long will it be before his heart gives him trouble? An old friend of Dan's shows an interest in Nathan. Lucas must make a choice between Nathan and basketball. Brooke wants to get back together with Lucas, who has decided to move on....with Peyton.

Smallville
Lana has second thoughts about her relationship with Lex after she stumbles upon some disturbing information. Another Phantom Zone killer (played by WWE's Batista) has escaped and killed an entire crew of a ship in Seattle by sucking the bones out of them. Lex finds himself in extreme danger when a patient from LuthorCorps' lab escapes and goes gunning for Lex. The patient puts Lex in a spatial period where he can see and hear everyone but no one can see him. Someone is pregnant in Smallville, a secret we may or may not learn during November Sweeps.

Supernatural
Sam and Dean finally learn the truth about their father's death from a demon who offers Dean anything his heart desires -- including the return of their father.
