Abby and Sam try and treat an obnoxious comedian (guest star Freddy Rodriguez) who presents with very strange symptoms.

Will he go to prison? Tensions reach a boiling point when Pratt is questioned about the death of a patient.

Neela is thrilled when Dr. Dubenko allows her to scrub in on a kidney donor surgery. Is it just me or does anyone see very obvious chemistry between these two?
