About Mohinder Suresh: Mohinder is the son of reknowned geneticist Chandra Suresh. His father had been doing controversial research about human genetics and the mutations he was seeing as people with special abilities being manifested all over the earth. When his father leaves India for New York and is subsequently murdered, Mohinder decides to follow in his fathers footsteps and continue the research he started.

He also vows to seek out his fathers killer and bring him to justice.

Mohinder has become the lynch pin that has brought the various heroes together. He continues to be pursued by Mr. Bennet, but refuses to work with the mysterious and dangerous man. Mohinder has come together with Peter, Hiro, and Isaac to save New York from an explosive disaster

Powers: Mohinder does not appear to have any powers.

Status: Mohinder is working to save the people that his father has identified as being special. They are in danger from the serial killer Sylar.
