    • 1). Remove one end cap from one end of the mailing tube.

    • 2). Carefully roll your document into a cylinder. Make sure your cylinder is small enough to fit into the mouth of your mailing tube but loose enough to avoid damaging the edges of your work.

    • 3). Gently slide your document into the open end of your mailing tube. Make sure you insert the document carefully to avoid crushing the document against the closed end of the tube.

    • 4). Take the end cap you removed previously and close the mailing tube by replacing the cap into the open tube end.

    • 5). Write the name and the address of the recipient in the center of your large, white adhesive mailing label. Be sure to include your return address on the upper left hand corner of the mailing label.

    • 6). Remove your label from the adhesive sheet and apply it to the shaft of your mailing tube. Place the label as close to the center of the tube shaft as possible.

    • 7). Confirm that both end caps are firmly in place before mailing your document.

    • 8). Take your mailing tube to your local post office to have it weighed so that you can determine how much postage you need. Pay for postage and give the tube to your postal agent for mailing.
