How to Put on Seat Skins
- 1). Pull the seat cover over the top part of your seat. Make sure the seams line up with the sides of the seats. Tuck the bottom part of the fabric into the gap of the seat until it reaches the back part of the seat. Go to the back of your seat to pull the flap of the seat cover tight.
- 2). Connect the flap part of the seat cover, which you pulled through to the back of the seat, to the upper part of the seat cover. Push any excess material into the creases of the car seat.
- 3). Slide the seat skin over the bottom of the car seat. Make sure that the seams line up. Tuck in the flap part with the belt buckle into the gap of the seat toward the back. Go to the back of the front seat to pull the flap tight. Push the belt straps toward the back of the seat underneath the seat. From the back of the seat, run the belt straps through the buckle and make it tight. Tuck any excess material into the seat panel.
- 4). Place the seat cover over the headrest. The soft part of the Velcro should be at the back of the headrest, and the rough part of the Velcro should be at the front. Once the seat cover is on, seal the two Velcro parts together.
