    • 1). Press the "Ctrl," "Alt" and "Del" keys on your keyboard at the same time. The task manager will appear.

    • 2). Click the "Processes" tab.

    • 3). View the "MEM Usage" column. It will tell you how much memory is being used by that particular process at that moment. If you need to stop a process, highlight it and click the "End Process" button.
