104 22

    Solid Head

    • 1). Push the notched end of the trim pin puller tool between the bottom of the anchor pin and the trim or panel. It may be necessary to push down slightly on the trim or panel to slip the tool under the pin head.

    • 2). Pull the head of the pin up with the puller tool. Some pullers are angled and you can push down on the opposite end to raise the head away from the trim. Pull straight up on the pin with the tool if you have a straight puller tool.

    • 3). Grasp the neck of the anchor pin with a pair of needle nose pliers if the pin does not come out all the way with the puller tool. Pull the pin completely out with the needle nose pliers.

    Center Pin Head

    • 1). Slide the puller tool between the center pin head and the larger pin head.

    • 2). Pull the center pin straight up until you feel it lock in the up position.

    • 3). Insert the puller below the larger pin head and pull the pin from the trim.
