How to Clean a Houseplant
- 1). Put a few drops of dish soap (no more than a teaspoon) into the bowl of water, and dilute until it's slightly sudsy.
- 2). Dip part of the towel into the water.
- 3). Cover your three middle fingers with the wet part of the towel, and wipe each leaf of the plant gently.
- 4). Soak the dry portion of the towel with fresh room-temperature water.
- 5). Wipe each cleaned leaf down with the fresh water using the same method as Step 3.
- 6). Let the plant air dry.
